AI Training & Technical Project Management for Swiss Businesses

Founded at EPFL Innovation Park · InnoSuisse-backed · First cohort of certified business AI specialists in Switzerland

We deliver hands-on AI workshops to build internal competence, and act as external project managers for your most complex technical deployments, from AI integration to IT infrastructure and industrial systems.

AI COMPETENCE, NOT JUST AWARENESS

Most AI training stops at theory. Our workshops are built around real-world use cases and hands-on practice, designed so your team walks out with actionable knowledge, not just slides to forget.

YOUR PROJECT MANAGER, WITHOUT THE HIRE

Deploying a technical solution, whether it's AI, a new IT system, or an industrial integration, demands dedicated project leadership. We step in as your external project manager, handling everything from initial assessment and infrastructure audit to vendor coordination and go-live, so your internal teams stay focused on their core work.

A METHODICAL APPROACH

We don't jump to solutions. Every engagement starts with an assessment to identify where the real opportunities are, followed by a thorough audit of your processes and infrastructure, and only then moves into deployment. This structured approach eliminates wasted budget and ensures what gets built actually fits your organization.

Why it matters

AI is everywhere in the conversation, but rarely in the execution. Most companies know they should be leveraging it, yet few have the internal expertise to separate real opportunities from noise, and even fewer have the project management capacity to actually deliver a technical deployment on time and on budget.

Meanwhile, critical projects stall. An IT migration gets delayed because no one owns the timeline. An industrial integration goes over budget because the scope was never properly audited. An AI initiative fails because the team was sold a tool before anyone understood the problem it was supposed to solve.

We built Cerentix to close that gap. We give your teams the knowledge to make informed decisions, and we provide the structured project leadership to turn technical ambitions into working solutions, whatever the technology, whatever the system.

Our Services

A structured approach to your most complex technical projects, from strategy to delivery.

ASSESMENT

Every engagement starts with a thorough discovery meeting. We sit down with you to understand how your company actually works, your workflows, your organizational structure, your current tools, and the ideas or plans you already have in mind for your project.

The goal isn't to audit every detail, that comes later. It's to build a clear, wide-angle picture of how your organization functions, where the bottlenecks are, what's already working well, and where technology could make a real difference. so we can identify the right opportunities and define a solid structure for your project before any resources are committed.

What we need from you:

  • A decision-maker or project sponsor present for the full meeting
  • A general overview of your company structure and team organization
  • Access to someone who understands the day-to-day workflows involved
  • Any existing documentation on the project or process you'd like to improve (plans, internal notes, diagrams)
  • Your goals, constraints, and timeline expectations, even if they're still informal

What you get:

  • A clear mapping of where opportunities exist within your organization
  • An honest evaluation of feasibility depicting what's realistic and what isn't
  • A recommended project structure with suggested phases and priorities
  • A written feasibility report summarizing all findings and recommendations

PROCESS & INFRASTRUCTURE AUDIT

This is where we come to you. We spend time on-site observing how things are actually done, not how they're documented, but how your teams work in practice. We look at your processes step by step, examine the tools you rely on, review your technical infrastructure, and understand the dependencies between systems and people. We talk to the teams who do the work daily, because that's where the real picture is.

The primary goal is to define the concrete requirements for your project and lay out the steps needed to move forward. What needs to change, what can stay, what needs to be built, and in what order, making sure your environment, your infrastructure, your workflows, your team capacity, can realistically support the project as scoped.

If we identify a more suitable approach or a better opportunity along the way, we bring it to the table. Better to course-correct during the audit than halfway through a deployment.

What we need from you:

  • Access to the teams, tools, and systems involved in the project scope
  • Time with the people who manage and operate the relevant processes daily
  • Access to your technical infrastructure (servers, software, platforms, data sources)
  • Any existing process documentation, technical specs, or architecture diagrams
  • Availability of a project sponsor to validate findings and discuss trade-offs

What you get:

  • A gap analysis identifying what's missing, outdated, or incompatible
  • A risk assessment highlighting technical, organizational, and operational risks
  • A project roadmap with defined requirements, phases, dependencies, and realistic timelines
  • A written audit report with actionable recommendations and a clear go/no-go for the next phase

CONNECTED BUT INDEPENDENT

The assessment and audit are designed to work as a natural sequence to understand the big picture first, then go deep into the details. Most clients engage us for both because the audit builds directly on what we uncover during the assessment, and that continuity means less time re-explaining context and fewer blind spots in the final recommendations.

But each step also works on its own. You might come to us with a clear project already in mind and just need the audit to validate your approach, define requirements, and surface risks before committing resources. Or you might be at an earlier stage, not sure where technology fits into your business at all, and only need the assessment to map out your options before deciding what to pursue internally.

Either way, our job is to give you the clarity and the documentation you need to move forward with confidence, whether that means deploying with your own team, bringing in a technical partner, or deciding that now isn't the right time.

Our role is to make sure you have everything you need: the analysis, the structure, and the confidence to take the next step.

Delivered Projects :

AI Integration · ERP Deployment · Industrial Automation · IT Infrastructure · Process Digitization

ABOUT US

Cerentix was born at EPFL Innovation Park as a digital health startup, backed by InnoSuisse when we were students. That early experience of building a technical product from scratch, navigating complex regulations, coordinating across engineering, business, and healthcare taught us something that would shape everything that followed: the hardest part of any technical project isn't the technology. It's making sure the right decisions are made before any costly commintemnt is made.

That insight is what drives Cerentix today. We shifted our focus to where we saw the biggest gap in the Swiss market: helping companies navigate AI adoption and manage complex technical projects without the guesswork. We bring the structured methodology, the technical depth, and the project management discipline that most organizations need but don't have in-house.

Depending on the scope and nature of each project, the team is reinforced with specialized contractors selected for their specific expertise, whether that's AI, IT infrastructure, industrial systems, or business process design. This model keeps us lean and flexible: you get exactly the right people for your project, without paying for a permanent structure you don't need.

Based in Geneva, we work exclusively with Swiss businesses, and we measure our success by one thing: whether the companies we work with end up in a better position than when they came to us.
